During this period of partial closure this school continues to be open for provision for vulnerable children and children of key workers. Irrespective of any partial closure or collaboration with another school, the safeguarding of all our children remains our top priority. At this time, our school will continue as normal in supporting our vulnerable children and if anyone has any questions regarding this they are asked to contact the office on email@example.com with any queries.
Message from the staff: Keep safe, keep learning. Thank you for adapting to the changes that everyone has had to make in this difficult period. Keep connected with school, friends and family.

Welcome to Shipley
Our supportive, family environment along with high academic expectations allows children to feel valued and flourish under the care of experienced and committed staff.
We are very proud of our lovely school and the children and families within the community. We work in partnership with parents and carers to provide a safe, nurturing and inspirational place in which to learn.

The school motto of Friendship Faith and Future underpins the life of the school. It reflects our caring community, Christian character and focus on helping children to be the best they can be, achieving their full potential. We are very proud of the rich curriculum and opportunities for meaningful cross-curricular learning. Our whole school topics are selected to inform and inspire the children and deepen their knowledge and skills through quality texts.
Forest School and learning outside the classroom is an important part of our school week, especially in our rich, natural surroundings. Children in the Early Years are involved in designing their outdoor space and there is a focus on creativity and experiential learning in a safe environment.
We aim to be at the heart of the community. Our shared journey of discovery, knowledge and faith is with God and we celebrate ‘life in all its fullness’ (John 10:10). We strive to ensure that each child becomes a motivated, lifelong learner and unlocks their God-given potential, coping with success and challenge and persevering with determination. Children will be safe and happy in our care and be fully prepared for the next phase of their education.
