Christian Character
Our vision
We are a welcoming and inclusive family school at the heart of the community. Our shared journey of discovery, knowledge and faith is with God and we celebrate ‘life in all its fullness’ (John 10:10). We value the uniqueness of each child, unlocking their God-given potential and ensuring they are inspired to keep learning. We want children to flourish and cope with success and challenge with perseverance and determination. We work together to ensure they are fully prepared for the next phase of their education.
Our vision reflects a Christian understanding of God as our constant and faithful companion on our journey through education. It refers to how God has empowered us, given us the potential to celebrate learning, even when it is challenging and we need His support. It reflects our belief about ourselves and each other, valuing our uniqueness and our contributions to the school family. We do this without judgement, as does God, and celebrate the highs and the lows as part of ‘life in all its fullness’ (John 10.10).
...Staff help pupils to be motivated in lessons, so that learning continues uninterrupted. Pupils are considerate towards others and show impeccable attitudes to learning. (Ofsted 2024)
