Willows Ducklings Over the last 10 days we have had duck eggs and ducklings. The children were lucky enough to see one hatch, which was magical. We have watched them grow from small fluffy blobs to tall ducklings who have run around their tough tray, sometimes joining us for phonics. Today we put them in their 'pond' and watched them swim and begin to dive. It is wonderful what nature can do.
Welcome to Willows Class Page - Reception Our team is the teacher Mrs. Simpson and two HLTA's Miss Berry and Mrs. Dodd. Our Topic this term is Spring and Commotion in the Ocean. On the first day of term, our duckling eggs will be arriving. We hope they will hatch in the first week. We will learn about what happens in Spring, being scientists. After that we will focus on our Seas and Oceans. We will be Geographers, learning where they are and what animals live in them. We will find out about Habitats and especially about the conservation of our planet's water habitats. PE Days are Tuesday and Thursday Outdoor Learning will be on Friday
