Welcome to Sycamore Class
Sycamore Class - Summer Term - 2022
Dear Sycamore Class & Parents
Welcome back - I hope that you have had a wonderful Spring holiday.
As you will be aware, this term's topic is William Shakespeare. In our lessons, we will be reflecting on the life of Shakespeare, key individuals surrounding him and focusing on his play The Tempest.
We will be looking at a wide range of books which feature Shakespeare for example: Shakespeare for Everyone by Emma Roberts and The Tempest retold by Georghia Ellinas. Our reading book this term is Can You See Me by Libby Scott & Rebecca Westcott. Can You See Me contains important themes around friendship and overcoming challenges, particularly when starting at a new secondary school.
Have a great term.
